Ballet and Pointe: The basis of all dance movement and technical training, ballet teaches proper placement, alignment, balance, technique and control. Class will focus on body positioning, center and barre work and terminology. Dancers are advanced to pointe class at the discretion of the director.

Tap: Encourages a sense of rhythm and creates syncopated sounds with your feet.  Broadway and Rhythm styles are taught. Tap also helps with coordination and timing and is an excellent companion to the study of Ballet.
